I decided not to have a lazy day on off day #1.
I made breakfast which consisted of cream of wheat, eggs and peppered bacon.
Had a nectarine.
Found a gym. I am 122 lbs and have 13% body fat.
Did some pectoral, biceps, triceps, trapezoid, etc arm and chest stuff.
Drank my creatine stuff. (btw, that vanilla stuff is super sweet so i had to add more water)
Then did this 30 minute boot camp thing.
Drank the rest of my creative stuff.
That's not the face of fear but the face of possible success if I'm in plain tmrw. Can't wait.
Dinner vegetables and fish! Yum. I'll show you when I fix it
I really like green beans and carrots. I added mushrooms today though
